SECTION A – WHO WE ARE
SEATQUOTA LTD is a charter brokerage arranging private charter flights, empty leg flights and
flight reservation assistance.
We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are performed by licensed air carriers holding a valid
Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
Our role is to source, coordinate and facilitate charter arrangements between clients and operators.

SECTION B – OUR ROLE AS A BROKER
We act solely as an intermediary between the client and licensed flight operators.
We do not provide or operate flights and are not responsible for flight performance, operational
decisions, delays, cancellations or aircraft changes.
We will always provide the best possible service, support communications with the operator and
assist with arrangements where required.

SECTION C – QUOTES, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices, aircraft availability and schedules are subject to operator confirmation.
Quotes are indicative and may change due to aircraft availability, operational requirements, airport
fees or repositioning.
A flight is not confirmed until the operator issues formal confirmation.

SECTION D – BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENTS
Depending on the circumstances and flight value, SEATQUOTA LTD may charge a booking fee.
This fee is charged only once the client instructs us to proceed with sourcing or confirming a flight.
The fee may be refundable depending on the operator’s terms and specific circumstances.
Full payment for the flight is typically made directly to the operator unless otherwise stated.

SECTION E – CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a flight is cancelled, delayed or changed by the operator, their terms and conditions apply.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the operator's policies.
SEATQUOTA LTD is not responsible for operator cancellations, does not guarantee refunds and
will assist communication with the operator where possible.
Booking fees may be refundable depending on individual circumstances.

SECTION F – EMPTY LEG FLIGHTS
Empty legs are repositioning flights offered at discounted rates. They may change routing, change
departure time or be cancelled at short notice.
SEATQUOTA LTD is not liable for changes or cancellations to empty legs.
All empty leg bookings are subject to operator confirmation and operational requirements.

SECTION G – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must ensure all passenger names and details are accurate, travel documents are valid,
arrival at the departure airport is timely and all operator rules are followed.
Incorrect information may result in denied boarding or additional charges imposed by the operator.

SECTION H – COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By contacting SEATQUOTA LTD, clients consent to receive messages via email, phone and
WhatsApp relating to enquiries, quotes, bookings or follow-up service.

SECTION I – LIABILITY LIMITATION
SEATQUOTA LTD is not liable for flight delays or cancellations, aircraft changes, operator
decisions, losses from operator performance or force majeure events.
Liability is limited strictly to the extent permitted under UK law and never exceeds the brokerage
fees received by SEATQUOTA LTD.

SECTION J – AGE REQUIREMENT
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

SECTION K – WEBSITE USE
Website content, pricing information and availability are for guidance only.
We reserve the right to update, modify or remove information at any time.

SECTION L – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be handled exclusively through the UK courts.
