SECTION A – BROKERAGE ONLY (NO AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS)
SEATQUOTA LTD does not own, operate, maintain or control any aircraft.
All flights arranged through SEATQUOTA LTD are operated exclusively by licensed air carriers
holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) or equivalent regulatory approval.
Our role is limited to sourcing, presenting and coordinating charter options between clients and
licensed operators.

SECTION B – LICENSED OPERATORS
All aircraft, crews and operations are conducted under the sole responsibility of the contracted
operator.
Operators hold full regulatory approval and are responsible for aircraft safety, crew qualifications,
operational decisions, routing, scheduling and compliance requirements.
SEATQUOTA LTD does not override or influence operator decision-making.

SECTION C – FLIGHT PERFORMANCE & OPERATIONAL CONTROL
SEATQUOTA LTD is not responsible or liable for flight delays, cancellations, aircraft substitutions,
operational decisions made by the operator, technical issues, weather disruption, air traffic control
restrictions or force majeure events.
The operator retains full operational control of the aircraft at all times.

SECTION D – EMPTY LEG FLIGHTS
Empty legs are subject to frequent changes due to repositioning requirements.
Empty leg flights may be changed, delayed or cancelled at short notice.
SEATQUOTA LTD accepts no liability for empty leg changes or cancellations.
All empty leg bookings remain subject to operator confirmation and operational needs.

SECTION E – INFORMATION & PRICING ACCURACY
All flight information, pricing, aircraft photos and availability displayed on our website or provided in
quotes are subject to operator confirmation.
Aircraft images are for illustration only and do not guarantee an identical aircraft interior, layout,
livery or configuration.

SECTION F – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must ensure passenger details are accurate, travel documents are valid, arrival at the
airport is timely and all operator and airport rules are followed.
Incorrect information may result in denied boarding or additional operator charges.

SECTION G – LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
SEATQUOTA LTD is not liable for any loss, delay, injury, damage or costs arising from any flight
operated by a licensed carrier.
Liability shall never exceed the brokerage fees directly received by SEATQUOTA LTD for the
specific charter arrangement.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
