Refund & Cancellation

SECTION A – OUR ROLE AS A BROKER
SEATQUOTA LTD acts solely as a charter brokerage. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights
are performed by licensed air carriers, and their terms determine refund and cancellation
conditions.
SECTION B – OPERATOR TERMS APPLY
All charter bookings are subject to the operator's own cancellation and refund rules.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the operator.
SEATQUOTA LTD cannot override operator decisions but will assist in communication.
SECTION C – BOOKING FEES
SEATQUOTA LTD charges a booking fee for all charter enquiries once the client instructs us to
proceed.
This fee covers our time, coordination, sourcing of aircraft options and communication with licensed
operators.
Booking fees are refundable only if:
- The operator cancels the flight, or
- The flight cannot proceed for reasons outside the client’s control.
Booking fees are non-refundable if the client cancels the enquiry or decides not to proceed after
instructing us to begin the booking process.
SECTION D – CLIENT CANCELLATIONS
If the client cancels after confirming they want to proceed:
- The booking fee is retained.
- Operator cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds depend entirely on the operator’s confirmed terms.
SECTION E – OPERATOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If the operator cancels or changes the flight:
- Operator terms apply.
- Refunds, credits or rebooking options depend on the operator.
SEATQUOTA LTD is not responsible for losses caused by operator cancellations.
SECTION F – EMPTY LEG FLIGHTS
Empty legs may change or cancel at short notice due to operational requirements.
Refunds for empty legs are determined solely by the operator.
SEATQUOTA LTD is not responsible for repositioning changes or cancellations.
SECTION G – FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for cancellations or disruption caused by events outside our control, including:
Weather, technical issues, air traffic control restrictions, strikes, security concerns, natural events or
emergencies.
Refund decisions remain with the operator.
SECTION H – REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
If the operator approves a refund:
SEATQUOTA LTD will pass funds to the client once received.
Processing time may vary based on operator timelines and banking systems.
SEATQUOTA LTD cannot issue refunds until funds are received from the operator.
